In this report, LinkedIn Learning found that Workplace Learning Managers' budgets for 2020 will decrease 38% for Instructor Lead Training (ILT) compared to 2019. Additionally, the same managers will increase their budgets for Online Learning by 57%. Managers continue to focus on training costs while keeping their employees ready with the top skills to get work done.

With the recent shift to 'working from home', many businesses have been utilizing Microsoft Teams to host their organizations' daily meetings. Teams is a free collaboration tool (with no commitments) offered by Microsoft. The free version of Teams offers unlimited chat, video calling, file sharing, storage, and more. In this blog post, I wanted to share these two educational video tutorials focused on presenting information when using Teams.
